STROLLS ON PROPERTY: Common Kosci rests on our 40 acre family owned rural property located at the base of Round Hill at 1100 metres just 5 minutes from Jindabyne, NSW pop 4000 year round residents. Take a stroll around the cabin, weave through the gumtrees and collect some kindling for your fire.

Common Kosci shares the land with many native wildlife including Wombats, Kangaroos, deers, echidnas, Kookaburra, Galah. Our neighbours have sheep, goats, kelpies and you may be lucky enough to have a visit from the shetland ponies. For this reason we do not allow pets sorry.

Common Kosci acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land, the Ngarigo People. We pay our respects to their Elders, past, present and emerging.

WANDER AROUND LOCAL TOWN/JINDABYNE: Enjoy shopping/dining/drinking. Currently Jindabyne has a year round population of 2600 residents. This fluctuates to 20,000 in winter due to the close proximity to the NSW ski resorts. Permanent residents are bonded by their shared love of the outdoors. Lifestyle is at the heart of this community, guided by the seasons and what outdoor pursuits it caters for.
